CAFAMORE aims to develop an EU monitoring system for carbon farming at parcel-level, supporting certification schemes, corporate sustainability reporting (CSRD), and national GHG inventories. The system integrates earth observation, soil analysis, and modelling to deliver reliable measurement tools.

These tools will be tested with farmers across seven pilot countries, alongside analysis of carbon market dynamics to enhance adoption.

CAFAMORE directly supports EU climate mitigation and soil health objectives.
